Airport Information
Cairns International Airport is located 20 kilometres south of Villa Paradiso; a drive of approximately 30 minutes.

Airport Transfers
Limousines or Shuttle Services to both the International and Domestic terminals, Cairns Airport.

Baby Sitters
A local baby sitting service is available for in-house baby sitting

Balcony/Terrace
Each apartment has an exclusive use private balcony or terrace. All are beach-facing with views of the Coral Sea.

Banking Service
Most major Banks are located at Smithfield, 12 kms south of Palm Cove. Hours of Business are: Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 4.00pm and Friday 9.30am to 5.00pm. An ATM machine is located next door at the Apres Beach Bar and at the Palm Cove Tavern on Veivers Road.

Beach (Patrolled)
Palm Cove beach is a beautiful location for an early morning stroll, or to just to soak up some North Queensland sun. During the months of November through to April, swim only in the swimming enclosure in front of the Surf Life Saving Club, and of course the Villa Paradiso pool is available for your enjoyment from 7.00am to 10.00pm.

Beach Towels
Coloured towels are available from reception for your use on the beach and on reef trips for a small fee.

Bus Travel
The local “Sunbus” is available for transportation between Palm Cove and Cairns with stops at all major beach destinations along the way. Bus stops are directly in front of Paradise Village Shopping Centre beside Villa Paradiso.

Check In
Check In is at 2.00pm unless otherwise agreed upon. For an early arrival, contact the property well before arrival to ask.

Check Out
Check out is 10.00am. Late check out can be arranged subject to room availability and is charged at 50% of the daily room rate for checkout prior to 4:00pm. A full daily rate applies after 4:00pm.

Located at the medical centre, corner of Vievers Rd and Triton St.

Coffee Shop, Groceries, and Deli
Outstanding fresh coffee, essential groceries, and Deli products are available at The Pantry, just 30 metres to the south of Villa Paradiso.

Coles     Will deliver to your room if you order online from coles Please make the delivery time between 2.00pm and 6.00pm on the day of arrival. For additional minor purchases, The Pantry and Coffee Shop 30 metres to the south of Villa Paradiso is open for extended hours.

Located in the Paradise Village Shopping Centre – next door.

Free and unlimited secure Wifi is available in the pool/bbq area.

Mail and other postal services are available at the Post Office in the adjacent Paradise Village Shopping Centre.

Free on-site underground secure car parking is available for all guests. Lifts to most apartments.

Pool (Heated to 26~28 degrees Celsius during winter).
Usual hours are from 7.00am to 10.00pm.

Reception
Open from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 4.00pm Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays. A courtesy phone is available on the outside wall of reception to contact the duty manager after hours.

Whilst each apartment has fully equipped Kitchen it is recognised your stay with us may not include cooking. Adjacent are a broad selection of good quality restaurants, including a pizza restaurant which offers takeaways.
